Online support: showing you what to do
One-to-one onine help is available to anyone who is within their first 3 months of using the software, or who has subscribed to the cloud. If you have a problem or need to be shown how to do something, get in touch, and we'll arrange an appointment. No problem is too small!
At your appointment you will be provided with a session code, which you should enter into the box below. Click 'Connect' and a small file called 'ISL Light Client' will download. You will need to run this file, and provide permission for us to view your computer screen.
