Technical Note
CONTACTfile can be used in the 'cloud', or installed locally - network or standalone. The cloud is accessible from any PC, Mac, ipad or iphone. For local installations, a PC with any version of Windows from XP to Windows 8 is required, or a Mac with parallel PC emulator. MS Access (component of Microsoft Office) also needs to be installed, but if you don't have it, Runtime is provided free. Note that 64-bit version of Runtime should NOT be installed alongside 32-bit versions of MS Office.
